Uncle is a fabulous Vietnamese Restaurant on Carlisle Street St Kilda with an indoor/ outdoor rooftop dinning area. The owners approached Melbourne Awning Centre to work on a solution for covering the exposed 80 sq metres of rooftop terrace to provide an all weather dining area for their customers. 2 waterproof Retractable Roof Systems where the solution, designed and installed to sit seamlessly within the existing roof top dining area including gas Bromic Platinum Heaters to warm the area in winter. The Retractable Roof Systems are set within two operable bays to enable them to be open and closed independently of each other.

Uncle had limited dining space inside so the addition of our Retractable Roof Systems doubleded their workable dining space and the owners are thrilled with the outcome.
