Overlooking Albert Park Lake and home of the famed Melbourne F1 racing, The Point Albert Park is famed for its spectacular location and Japanese seafood cuisine. 

Working with Mansfield Construction we installed six all weather retractable roof systems covering a huge dining area with over 148 Sqm of Balcony attached to custom steel frames. This is a great example of a successful project where we partner with a construction company on a renovation or redesign, and bring a client's vision to life, no matter how complex it is. 

The awnings are designed to be used in all weather which enhances the usable area of the balcony and makes full use of the expansive lakeside views. Black fabric was used to tie in with the sleek new renovation, resulting in a stylish and all-weather dining area.
