Private Residence Port Melbourne

This roof top terrace can now be used all year round

Working directly with the the client, Melbourne Awning Centre was approached to design and construct an all weather solution for the roof pool area of their 4th story waterfront residence in Port Melbourne. The design incorporated 5 Retractable Patio Roof systems over 2 levels. A dual post detail was incorporated throughout the project to keep in line with the buildings design and create an architectural feature from below and within.
