Kew Private Residence
/ Marchini Folding Arm Awnings and Screetex External Blinds
A great solution for patio areas and to shade decking and entrances.
Melbourne Awning Centre supplied and installed multiple Folding Arm Awnings to provided shade over the pool area and internal courtyard of this Kew residence. Both awnings where a full cassette system 6m Wide x 3 m projection and 4m wide x 3m projection. In addition, multiple motorised External Blinds where fitted to the rear windows and doors of the north west facing aspect to provide privacy and control heat gain entering the home during summer and retain heat in the winter months.
